I’m Committed to Your Development and Your Results
Mindy Schwartz, Certified Executive Coach
I’m a Certified Executive Coach who supports and motivates emerging and established leaders to achieve greater effectiveness and confidence in their roles. As a trusted advisor, I’ve coached dozens of executives including C-suite and emerging leaders to become more effective, maximizing the potential of individuals, teams and organizations to drive sustained and measurable performance improvement.
I believe that coaching should not just be inspiring, though. It should also be practical and results-oriented. I bring to coaching engagements a deep understanding of the complex challenges facing leadership and management, because I’ve sat in the seat. I’ve worked in environments with demanding business expectations, and know the value of building positivity combined with a practical, impact-focused approach. I draw on the experience of my early career in senior human resources (HR) positions in the financial services industry, as well as consultative roles within investment banking, asset management, research and equities organizations where I’ve coached executives and their teams around the world on a wide range of initiatives.
During 20 years with Credit Suisse, I built a career with expanded and increased responsibilities both in the U.S. and globally. As a Managing Director and the Head of HR for the Americas Region and Head of Global HR for the investment banking department, my roles have required balancing the people and talent needs of a business organization while managing my own global teams across Asia, Europe, and North and South America.
I’ve successfully completed my Certification in Executive Coaching through the iCoach Program at the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College in New York. I’m certified in the MBTI and Hogan assessment instruments and experienced in DISC assessments, as well as 360-degree feedback interviews and development planning.
